Hon. Konris Maynard Shares First Progress Update for 2025

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – On Thursday, June 5, 2025, the Honourable Konris Maynard hosted members of the press at the first progress update of 2025 from the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, and Domestic Transport and the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology, and Post at the Royal St. Kitts Marriott Resort.

It was the second in a series of inter-ministerial interactions, which not only accommodates presentations by Minister Maynard and the leadership of both ministries for which he bears responsibility but also promotes continual engagement with the press and the general public as a matter of transparency and accountability.

During the session, Minister Maynard and members of his leadership team engaged in sequential discussions with journalist Eboni Brandon, highlighting the status of projects initiated and supported by the departments.

Following the discussions, the group answered questions from the press, clarifying points made earlier and providing additional information as required.

The event was held under the theme, “Delivering for the People, Transformative Progress Across Public Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Domestic Transport; ICT and Post.
