Two-day Customer Service Training Concludes

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – On Tuesday April 1, 2025, the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities and Domestic Transport concluded a two-day customer service training session with Dr. Eustace Arrindell as the facilitator. This training session was part of the Ministry’s RISE (Resources for Infrastructure Staff Excellence) initiative.

The informative session covered appropriate office procedures including proper telephone etiquette, in-person client interactions, and problem-solving in the workplace. Attendees also participated in engaging group activities.
