WSD Representatives Attend the 3rd Caribbean NDC Investment Forum and Marketplace in Grenada

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – Water Manager/Engineer Cromwell Williams and Assistant Water Engineer L. Mikhail Isaac attended the 3rd Caribbean NDC Investment Forum and Marketplace in Grenada from March 31 to April 2, 2025.

The forum’s aims included providing stakeholders with networking opportunities to secure financing to implement low-carbon and resilient infrastructure necessary for States like St. Kitts and Nevis to satisfy lower emissions and climate adaptation goals. The forum also aimed to spotlight innovative and scalable energy, water, infrastructure, and food projects.

The stakeholder groups represented at this year’s Forum included policymakers, private sector leaders, development agencies, and investors. The theme –“Investing in Climate Action for a Resilient Future” – underscores the commitment of the member states of the OECS to discover and implement innovative solutions to combat the negative impact of climate change.
